At 4STARGIRLS, each product is lovingly handcrafted and uniquely made. Because of this, we do not offer standard returns.
Exchanges
If you’d like to exchange an item (for a different size or model), a courier fee of 30 RON applies to cover round-trip shipping costs.
To request an exchange, please contact us via *WhatsApp at +40 755 690 329, within 14 days of receiving your order.
Be sure to include:
- Your order number
- A brief reason for the return
- A photo of the item (if defective)
Faulty Items
We are committed to replacing any item that shows a manufacturing defect. If you receive a faulty product, please reach out to us promptly with photos and relevant details.
Conditions for Exchange or Replacement
- Items must be returned unused, in original packaging, and in new condition.
- We do not accept exchanges or replacements for products that show signs of wear or damage caused by the customer.
- 4STARGIRLS reserves the right to decline any request that does not comply with our policy.
Non-returnable items
Products that have been personalized cannot be returned, like custom products (ex. special orders or personalized items).
