Individual Craftsmanship  
Each bag is carefully handmade, which means no two are exactly alike. Slight differences in size may occur naturally during the crafting process, adding to their unique character.

Care Instructions
To keep your travel bags looking its best, we suggest washing it by hand with cool water and a gentle detergent. For stains, use a soft sponge or fabric brush in circular motions. Rinse thoroughly and let it air dry—avoid tumble drying to prevent damage or shrinkage.

Production & Delivery  
Creating each pouch takes around 5 days. Once ready, shipping typically takes another 4–5 days. These timeframes may shift depending on demand or courier delays, but we’ll keep you informed if anything changes.

Quality Assurance  
Before your bags leave our hands, we personally inspect it to ensure it meets our standards. We check dimensions, stitching, accessories, and make any necessary adjustments so it arrives in perfect shape.
